During the second day of the working visit German educator and the representatives of BFPA were in the Day Center for Children with disabilities where they were shown good practices for working with target groups. The seminar also included interactive methods of work, aiming to provoke the participants to analyze and to look together for decisions and to comprehend problematic situations from different points of view. The representatives of the two institutions worked on cases in groups and had role plays oriented to improvement of their work of professionals working with young people with special educational needs. Methods for working with parents of such people were also presented. In the end of the initiative the participants from Kazanlak were given Quality Seal certificates.<br \/>The three-day education on quality of management for professionals\u00a0 is part of the initiatives on Keep me Safe project\u00a0 , implemented for Bulgaria by BFPA with the partnership of\u00a0 German nongovernmental organization Pro Familia.<br \/>Perdita Wingerter is a specialist on developing social and intercultural skills and empowerment, long life education, leadership and development of sustainable strategies in different areas.
